Job Description

Exp level 2-5Years

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and various IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
