Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and various IT roles.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
