This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will source, engage, and hire top technical talent to support the organization's growth. The responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring, with the ability to identify top talent to meet organizational needs
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in IT or technology-focused recruitment is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
