Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Lead Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology hiring and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Tech, Engineering, and AI-related roles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience in IT, Technology, Engineering, AI, or similar domains
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
