Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter/Recruiter position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and bench sales professionals. Responsibilities include identifying and sourcing candidates, managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes. The recruiter will collaborate with team members to meet staffing goals and grow the company's business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment: Expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in IT and bench sales roles.
• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring: Ability to manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Strong Account Management Skills: Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage client accounts effectively.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and negotiate with both candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in the IT staffing industry and familiarity with market trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
