About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals—especially women looking to restart their careers—who want meaningful, flexible work while contributing to a fast-paced, high-demand organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technology and product roles.
- Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and niche platforms.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver timely closures.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hiring for tech roles (engineering, product, data, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sourcing expertise across channels and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Prior recruitment experience in SEA markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, etc.
- Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or startup ecosystems.
