Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Recruitment Specialist to build and scale our Hyderabad team. This role goes beyond traditional hiring it requires someone who can hire fast, hire right, and build strong teams from scratch while supporting business growth.
Strong preference for candidates from the interior design / fit-out / construction ecosystem who understand the talent landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Design, Site, Operations, and Support roles
- Partner with hiring managers to close positions with speed and quality
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure high offer-to-joining conversion through consistent follow-ups
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-hire pipeline
- Leverage industry connects to identify quality talent quickly
3. Screening & Interview Management
- Conduct structured screening to assess skills, attitude, and role fit
- Drive interview coordination, feedback closure, and faster decision-making
- Ensure minimal delays across hiring stages
4. Candidate Experience & Offer Management
- Ensure a smooth, fast, and professional candidate experience
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and closure
- Maintain strong engagement with candidates till joining
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers on role clarity
- Align hiring priorities with business needs
- Push for quality hires — don't compromise under pressure
6. Hiring Metrics & Process Improvement
- Track and improve key hiring metrics:
- Time to hire
- Offer to joining ratio
- Quality of hire
- Continuously improve hiring speed and efficiency

- Strong sourcing capability, especially within the interior/fit-out ecosystem
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Good judgment on people beyond resumes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a bias for action
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Must have hiring experience in interior design / fit-out / construction or related industries
- Strong understanding of roles like designers, site engineers, sales, and project teams
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments is preferred
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad talent market
