Role Description

This is a full-time Onsite Indore Location role for a Technical Recruiter (Oracle) at Arcturus Consulting Services Inc. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. Day-to-day tasks involve identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining hiring databases, and working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

• Excellent Recruiting and Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently in a Indore Location
• Experience in Oracle-related roles or industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
