Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant Intern. In this role, you will support the recruitment team in identifying and sourcing potential candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, engaging in candidate communication, and delivering a professional and positive customer service experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Hiring and Interviewing to assist in candidate sourcing and assessment
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to support positive interactions with candidates and the recruitment team
  • Experience or knowledge in Administrative Assistance to manage recruitment documentation and maintain applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems
  • An interest or prior experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is a plus
  • Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
