Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Post job openings on job boards and social media
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
