Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a results-driven, mid-level IT & ERP Recruiter to join our US staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized technical and enterprise software roles. You will leverage your existing network and advanced sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of filling complex roles in the IT sector, specifically within ERP ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from intake meetings and requirement analysis to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Targeted Sourcing: Execute advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and professional networking) to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates
  • Technical Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-quality database of candidates specializing in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.), cloud infrastructure, and software development
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, feedback on candidate profiles, and guidance on compensation trends
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and professional representation of the company brand
  • Data Accuracy: Utilize ATS/CRM tools (e.g., JobDiva, HubSpot) to ensure all candidate data and recruitment metrics are tracked accurately

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience, with a specific focus on ERP or high-end enterprise software talent
  • ERP Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics
  • Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) and deep knowledge of industry-specific job boards and professional communities
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT staffing landscape, including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement models
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and negotiate effectively
  • Autonomy: Ability to manage a high-volume desk independently while consistently meeting KPIs and hiring goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous agency experience within a fast-paced staffing environment
  • Experience with specific recruitment technology suites (e.g., JobDiva, HubSpot, Bullhorn
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
