Role Description We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring. You'll play a critical role in building high-performing engineering, AI, product, and technical operations teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent.

This role requires someone who understands the technology landscape, enjoys building relationships with candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where hiring directly impacts business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for Software Development, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Product, and Project Management roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycle, and modern technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and Boolean sourcing techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in startups, product-based companies, or IT consulting organizations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
