Shift: US Shift (2pm to 10pm)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic US IT Staffing Recruiter whose primary mission is to service our premier clients with laser-focused speed and quality. In this role, speed-to-market is everything. Your foremost responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and position top-tier IT candidates for our clients open positions within a strict 5 to 6-hour SLA window from the time the requirement is released.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Turnaround Sourcing: Review, understand, and broadcast new IT requirements immediately upon receipt. Source and screen qualified candidates to submit within a 5-6 hour turnaround time.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter), internal databases, and networking to identify passive and active IT professionals.
  • Rigorous Screening: Conduct thorough technical and cultural screenings to ensure candidates match client requirements perfectly, despite the fast turnaround.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of frequently requested IT skill sets (e.g., Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, Project Managers) to enable instant deployment.
  • Negotiation & Onboarding: Negotiate competitive pay rates/salaries, handle visa submittal processes (W2, C2C, 1099), and manage candidate expectations throughout the interview cycle.
  • Client Compliance: Ensure all submissions adhere to strict client guidelines, formatting resumes and preparing comprehensive submission summaries quickly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter within an agency or consulting setup.
  • The Need for Speed: Proven track record of meeting strict daily SLAs and submittal targets without sacrificing quality.
  • Tax Terms Expertise: Deep understanding of US hiring formats (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to quickly grasp complex IT requirements across software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to build rapport with American consultants quickly over the phone.
  • Tools: Proficiency with major US Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, Ceipal, or JobDiva.
