Job Summary

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
  • Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Familiarity with US staffing / global hiring (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Experience working in an AI/tech consulting environment (plus)
