Job Summary
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
- Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill technical roles
- Familiarity with US staffing / global hiring (if applicable)
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Experience working in an AI/tech consulting environment (plus)
