Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter specializing in IT roles and E2E recruitment as an Individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technology talent for our esteemed client. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process. Your expertise in IT recruitment and client relationship management will be key to delivering outstanding results and enhancing our client's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process for IT roles, from understanding client needs and job requisitions to sourcing, interviewing, and securing top candidates.
- Client Partnership: Work closely with our technology client to gain a deep understanding of their IT hiring requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Talent Acquisition: Use innovative sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage high-quality IT professionals.
- Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to offer valuable insights and advice to both clients and candidates.
- Process Optimization: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes, enhance efficiency, and provide actionable insights for future recruitment strategies.
- ATS Proficiency is a must.

- Relevant Experience: Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling technical roles for large-scale technology clients.

- Client-Centric Approach: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at various levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
