Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the US staffing industry, working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be trained on end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential IT candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Understand job requirements and match qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and close candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Work closely with the Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Follow up with candidates during the entire recruitment process and maintain relationships for future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0 -1 year of experience in US IT recruitment or willing to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under night shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus.
