Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a solid understanding of the US hiring landscape, and experience working with diverse IT skill sets, particularly in Data and Cloud domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social platforms, and advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Work on various employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely submission and closure of requirements
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, TN)
- Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles such as Java Developers, Salesforce Developers, UX Designers, etc.
- Experience sourcing candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster
- Ability to work with visa-independent candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
