Job Description

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases to manage candidate records.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, technologies, and visa regulations (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
