Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contractual basis. This role will involve using Zoho Recruit to manage and streamline the recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier technical talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Zoho Recruit to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile for each technical role.
  • Source candidates using Zoho Recruit's sourcing tools, job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find qualified talent.
  • Screen resumes, assess technical skills, and evaluate candidates qualifications through initial phone and technical interviews.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in Zoho Recruit, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants.
  • Conduct assessments (coding challenges, technical tests, etc.) as needed, leveraging tools integrated with Zoho Recruit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews using Zoho Recruit's calendar functionality, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them engaged and informed.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate feedback and offer decisions.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates in Zoho Recruit for future technical roles.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Stay current with technical recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the process.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain records as per company policy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, etc., and relevant technical skills.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), with a focus on using Zoho Recruit for candidate tracking.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews and collaborating with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a great candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with tools for technical assessments, such as coding platforms or interview simulators.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification or advanced knowledge in Zoho Recruit would be an advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or niche technical positions.
  • Familiarity with technical recruitment for specific domains like Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
