Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and define candidate profiles.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
6. Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Rich and extensive experience in IT recruitment.
3. Strong understanding of technical roles, web technologies, software development, data analytics, cloud, DevOps, QA, and related domains.
