Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier talent across engineering, product, and growth teams using LinkedIn, job portals, and niche communities.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycles from scheduling interviews to offer negotiations ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, and maintain hiring pipelines.
- Own ATS (PyjamaHR) data hygiene, track metrics, and generate weekly hiring reports for leadership visibility.
- Represent GreedyGame's employer brand during campus drives, virtual events, and talent communities with professionalism and energy.
- Stay updated on recruiting trends, market compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in India's tech ecosystem.
