We are hiring for the position of US IT Recruiter.

Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Noida sec 63

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days Working)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Please avoid applying if you have more experience than required)

We seek an enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for both contract and full-time opportunities across various technologies. Preference will be given to candidates with experience from clients or implementing partners such as TCS, Hexaware, LTIMindtree, Coforge, Dexian, Quest Global, or similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle for contract and full-time positions

- Work on IT requirements from direct clients and implementation partners

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and work authorization

- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and hiring managers

- Negotiate rates/salary and ensure a smooth onboarding process

- Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS/recruitment trackers regularly

- Build strong relationships with consultants and vendors

Required Skills:

- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing

- Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099

- Experience with technologies such as Java, .Net, QA, Automation, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, UI, and Full Stack Development

- Hands-on experience with sourcing through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and CareerBuilder

- Good understanding of visa types and work authorization in the US

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
