The Role

We are hiring a Senior IT / ERP Technical Recruiter who can consistently deliver inside complex enterprise hiring environments.

You will:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across enterprise technology roles
  • Source with precision across ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Product, and Engineering roles
  • Conduct structured technical qualification conversations
  • Align compensation, availability, work authorization, location, and delivery constraints early
  • Separate resume language from actual technical depth
  • Deliver high-quality, submission-ready candidates
  • Drive process momentum from intake through offer/start
  • Protect client trust through precision, communication, and follow-through
  • Operate inside STEPS structured recruiting workflow and performance standards

This role is not about activity for activity's sake.

Compensation

Base salary is commensurate with experience and demonstrated production history.

Commission Structure

Contract Placements

  • 3% commission on gross profit generated from contract placements
  • Paid monthly
  • Uncapped
  • Recurring for the life of the contractor assignment
  • Applies while actively employed by STEPS

Permanent Placements

  • 3% commission on permanent placement fees
  • Paid as a one-time commission
  • Paid upon successful placement and fee collection

Additional Performance Incentives

Additional incentives may be tied to:

  • Consistency
  • Production
  • Quality of delivery
  • Submission-to-interview conversion
  • Placement outcomes
  • Gross-profit contribution
  • Overall business impact
