Job Title: IT / Technical Recruiter

Location: Pune

Contract Period :- 6 Months

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with at least 2 years of hands-on

experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong

knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and screening techniques for IT

positions. Experience in hiring for Embedded Systems roles will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.

• Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

• Up to 2 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.

• Strong understanding of the complete recruitment process.

• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to assess technical profiles and match them to job requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for Embedded Systems, Firmware, Electronics, or Automotive roles.

• Familiarity with technical skills such as C, C++, Python, Embedded Testing, V&V, and IoT.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Plus Point

• Prior experience recruiting for Embedded/Firmware/Automotive engineering roles will be

highly preferred.
