Position: Technical Recruiter

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for various technical roles

Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms for recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Build and maintain relationships with candidates

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in technical recruitment

Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
