What you'll do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior technical and positions.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters on best practices.
• Build and optimize recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Track key metrics, analyze hiring funnels, and improve processes.

Who we're looking for:

• 810 years of technical recruitment experience.
• Proven track record hiring for senior/critical roles.
• Strategic thinker with high ownership and sharp follow-through.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders and mentoring teams.
