Role Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tech talent to support our product and engineering teams. This is a strategic position with direct impact on company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract qualified tech candidates
Conduct initial candidate screening and tech evaluations
Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle
Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement alignment
Build strong talent pipelines for future needs
Coordinate interviews & handle offer negotiations
Ensure smooth onboarding experience Required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / related field
1–3 years experience in technical recruitment
IT industry hiring experience preferred
Strong understanding of tech roles & hiring platforms
