• Strong understanding of technical skills inERP

platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.),Salesforce, and

other niche skills (e.g., DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity).

Key

Responsibilities

Manage

the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT roles (JD understanding, sourcing,

screening, strong candidate connect, interview follow ups, offer

negotiation//post offer follow up etc).

• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates

through job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced

environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation and

relationship-building skills.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

• 15 years of IT recruitment experience, ideally in Consultancy, Staffingor corporate environments.
• Proven experience hiring forERP and

Salesforceroles; familiarity with niche/rare tech skills is a

strong plus.

• Utilize job portals, social

platforms, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.

• Pre-screen, interview, and

shortlist candidates based on job specifications.

• Coordinate interview schedules

and feedback with the client.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and meet

weekly/monthly hiring targets.

• Background in volume hiring or multi-location hiring.
