We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant with 0-6 months of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Boolean search techniques is a plus.
