Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the company attract and hire top talent. If you have a knack for sourcing candidates, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of recruitment best practices, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication across all levels.
Reporting & Talent Pipeline: Maintain ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration
Discreet and dependable when handling confidential or sensitive information
Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and strong time management abilities
Naturally proactive, curious, and always eager to learn and grow
