Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates. Additionally, they will maintain candidate pipelines, ensure excellent candidate experience, and support the development of talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and build relationships with candidates
• Proven ability to maintain organized documentation and pipelines for an efficient recruitment process
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate candidate potential
• Prior experience in recruitment within an outsourcing or service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
