We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Tech Hiring) to join our growing team. In this role, you will own end-to-end hiring for non-tech functions and play a key role in building high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, etc. ).
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand evolving hiring needs.
- Create compelling job descriptions aligned with business goals.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fitment.
- Drive the entire interview process, ensuring speed and efficiency.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Manage offer negotiations and closures with a focus on quick turnaround.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics and continuously optimize hiring processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in non-tech/startup hiring.
- Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities.
