Position: Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and database management
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate reporting and ATS updates
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels
- Experience handling volume hiring or niche hiring (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
