We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records. This role requires a proactive approach in finding the right talent to meet the hiring needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and posting job ads.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
