Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from job requisition to job offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Create complex reports that utilize VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other formulas to automate data extraction and presentation.
- Build dashboards, pivot tables, and charts to visualize data for easier interpretation by non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including active sourcing and networking.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
