We are seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Sona Plaza, Hebbal, Bangalore. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for roles in sales, marketing, engineering, design, and customer experience within the luxury real estate domain.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract high-quality talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote a strong employer brand.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports, and update the ATS regularly.
- Stay updated with hiring trends and talent strategies in the real estate and luxury sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 yearsof recruitment experience, preferably in luxury real estate, high-end property sales, or premium hospitality.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networking tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
