About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our expanding healthcare services. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying suitable candidates to onboarding new hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs, develop innovative employer branding strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to the growth of Sukino Continuum Care by bringing in skilled individuals who align with our mission and values.
Qualifications
- Proficient in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Strong expertise in hiring and interview techniques, with a focus on effective candidate evaluation
- Experience in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Solid networking skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment platforms and social media channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare talent acquisition is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various healthcare roles
- Collaborating with department heads to understand staffing requirements and role specifications
- Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability
- Managing the candidate experience to ensure timely communication and a positive impression of the organization
- Creating and executing employer branding campaigns to enhance Sukino Continuum Care's reputation as an employer of choice
- Maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies
- Providing regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and metrics
