As a Talent Specialist, you will own hiring across tech and business roles, with a strong focus on tech hiring. You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to solve critical hiring needs, build strong pipelines, and drive closures with speed.

This role is for someone who likes ownership, moves fast, and knows that hiring is not just coordination - it's a business lever.

The Hats You Will Wear

  • Own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, with tech & product hiring as a core part of the role
  • Manage hiring for engineering, product, and business roles in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networks, and proactive market mapping
  • Screen and assess candidates for role fit, motivation, communication, and overall alignment
  • Drive interview coordination and ensure processes move quickly and smoothly
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Bring structure, follow-through, and urgency to every open mandate
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage
  • Drive offer rollout, negotiation, follow-ups, and closure management
  • Track hiring progress through dashboards, trackers, and recruitment data
  • Maintain discipline on turnaround times, pipeline health, and hiring updates
  • Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve hiring processes
  • Help solve niche, urgent, and business-critical hiring needs with a sharp sourcing-led approach

The Perfect Fit

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Tech hiring experience is non-negotiable
  • Ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, and other channels
  • Experience hiring in a startup, fintech, SaaS, or technology environment is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills
  • Ability to handle multiple open mandates at the same time
  • Strong communication, coordination, and closure skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
  • High ownership, urgency, and execution discipline

Your Edge Over the Rest

  • Experience hiring for engineering, product, data, or fintech roles
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, hiring dashboards, and recruitment reporting
  • Experience in fast-growing or early-stage companies
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous hiring situations
  • Strong instinct for candidate quality and role fit
  • Proven ability to close hard-to-fill or niche roles
