Talent Acquisition Executive (Mumbai)
About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can help us hire the right people quickly and professionally. This role is for someone who enjoys talking to candidates, understands what good talent looks like, and can manage the entire hiring process smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring sourcing candidates, screening them, scheduling interviews, and closing roles.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals to build a steady pipeline of good candidates.
- Work closely with founders and team leads to understand role requirements clearly.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth experience timely calls, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Keep hiring trackers up to date and suggest simple improvements to the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in hiring (startup, CA firm, or law firm experience is a bonus).
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter and other hiring platforms.
- Clear communication, good judgment, and ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Organised, good with follow-ups, and able to handle multiple roles at once.
- Someone who enjoys people interaction and can work in a fast-paced setup.
