Need someone who can decode requirements accurately, run deep candidate research, move fast on pipelines, and consistently close positions with quality + speed.

About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy, sharp, and resourceful Recruiter who can hire fast, right, and with
precision across all levels Campus, Junior, Mid, Senior.
Experience in content, media, digital, creator ecosystem hiring is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hiring across functions: Content, Creative, Production, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Growth.
Build powerful talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, referrals, campus drives & industry mapping.
Run high-quality screening with strong judgment on skill, culture, growth potential, and content mindset.
Drive campus recruitment programs: planning, outreach, assessments, and bulk hiring.
Partner closely with leadership to define role requirements and hiring success criteria.
Deliver fast TAT, maintain candidate experience, and track all hiring SLAs.
Build and maintain a rich talent database for future content/media roles.
Represent the brand strongly in the talent market; create consistent touchpoints with candidates.
What We're Looking For
4-6 years of talent acquisition experience (media/content/agency hiring preferred).
Strong sourcing ability across LinkedIn, Instagram, Naukri, communities, content networks, Discord groups, Behance, etc.
Excellent communication & assessment skills ability to identify content DNA + growth mindset.
Experience hiring across tech-enabled creative roles (editors, strategists, designers, writers, managers).
Hunger, speed, and ownership ability to hire quality talent under aggressive timelines.
Comfortable handling 1020 open roles at once.
