Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and advanced sourcing methods
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Work on niche and hard-to-fill roles using innovative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and meet defined TATs
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and effectively use ATS tools for pipeline management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 28 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
- Strong expertise in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing channels
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and close positions within timelines
