Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Understand manpower requirements in coordination with department heads
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and social platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Conduct salary negotiations and issue offer letters
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and hiring standards

Qualification & Experience:

- 28 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in logistics / operations / similar industry)
