About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Work on employer branding initiatives and improve hiring strategies
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Generate reports on hiring metrics (TAT, offer drop ratio, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and ATS tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in agency or startup hiring
- Exposure to bulk hiring or niche hiring
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or Zoho Recruit
