We are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity with a leading organization in the financial services / capital markets space.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across both Tech and Non-Tech hiring, and who enjoys partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and closure
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support in creating effective job descriptions
- Drive hiring for both technical and non-technical positions
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
- Track and analyze recruitment data, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
- Share regular updates and insights to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and stakeholder coordination
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech roles
- Strong exposure to full-cycle recruitment
- Good understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches, and market trends
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Preferred
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification is mandatory
- Local Mumbai candidates preferred
