ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition EXPERT who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles within the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates efficiently, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy high-impact hiring, fast-paced recruitment environments, and working closely with leadership teams. Duracool strongly promotes internal growth.

Outstanding performers in this role will have the opportunity to grow into senior HR leadership positions and eventually lead the HR function as a UNIT HEAD.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to final offer closure.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  3. Design and implement the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.
  4. Prepare and periodically review and refine Job Descriptions (JDs) in consultation with hiring managers.
  5. Ensure timely closure of positions within defined budgets and hiring timelines.
  6. Perform resume screening and candidate mapping based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
  7. Conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability before advancing to further interview stages.
  8. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  9. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards to provide visibility on hiring progress.
  10. Effectively use job portals and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.
  11. Build strong relationships with educational institutes, placement cells, and recruitment consultants for talent sourcing.
  12. Perform headhunting and competitive talent mapping to attract candidates from similar industries.
  13. Support management in salary negotiations and offer discussions with selected candidates.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates, hiring stages, and recruitment documentation.
  15. Provide support in HR initiatives such as employee on boarding and induction programs.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of hardcore recruitment experience in the Non-IT (ENGINEERING) sector.
  2. Proven experience in hiring technical and business profiles such as:
  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Project Engineers
  • Sales Engineers
  • Finance & Accounts professionals
  • Corporate support roles.
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  3. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven recruitment environment.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices will be an added advantage.
  7. Strong team collaboration skills with leadership potential.
  8. Highly motivated individual who is ambitious and eager to grow into larger HR leadership roles.
