Details:

  1. Candidate will take care of the End to End recruitment lifecycle.
  2. Understands the requirements and client's need and shortlists the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
  3. Working on different Job portal such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
  4. Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates.
  5. Make timely submissions and provide required information to the Leadership
  6. Maintain regular reports and MIS.
  7. Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.
  8. Experience in sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for junior and mid-management positions for technology roles.
  9. Ability to grasp and deliver an excellent pitch to potential candidates.
  10. Having good exposure working on IT and IT Infra roles like SAP, SCCM, Application Packaging, Networking, Information Security etc.
  11. Keen sense of searching for and identifying exceptionally talented candidates.
  12. Experience with using new-age media such as Social Media, LinkedIn, blogs, etc.
  13. Should be able to independently work on critical open positions
  14. Commitment to defining, documenting, and following processes and workflows.
Job Requirements

Candidate should be a hands-on recruiter. He/she should have worked on IT Mandates
Excellent Candidate Management
Very good understanding of IT Permanent & Contractual Staffing Models in a Large IT Services organization
Excellent Stakeholder Management, Comprehension & communication skills.
Applicant should have good understanding of technology,working with ATS, MIS Reports
A Go Getter Attitude is a must for this role

Educational Qualifications: BE/B Tech.
