We are currently seeking a driven Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our onsite team in Noida and recruit for top talent for our internal roles.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of exposure to local recruitment and strong sourcing abilities, including LinkedIn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure alignment with position requirements.
Candidate Engagement:
- Communicate with candidates to provide information about the company, job opportunities, and the recruitment process.
- Keep candidates informed about their application status and next steps.
Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations on candidate shortlisting.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards i.e. LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other HR professionals.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
