Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment forSales and Business rolesacross India, with a strong focus onSouthern regions (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, etc.)
- Handle everything fromjob posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping:
- Proactively source top talent throughLinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and networks.
- Build and maintain astrong candidate pipelinefor recurring and high-priority roles.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely withbusiness heads, sales leaders, and hiring managersto define role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Advise stakeholders with data-backed insights onmarket trends and hiring feasibility.
4. Candidate Experience:
- Deliver abest-in-class candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding.
- Ensure transparent, timely communication and professional handling of all candidates.
5. Recruitment Strategy:
- Implement creative sourcing strategies,diversity hiring programs, andcampus recruitment initiatives.
- Experiment withsocial media campaigns, offline hiring events, and referral drives.
6. Market Intelligence:
- Track industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor movement.
- Provide leadership withquarterly hiring analyticsand insights to improve hiring velocity.
7. Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain strict adherence tolabor laws, hiring guidelines, and internal approval processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in theATS (Applicant Tracking System).
8. Reporting & Metrics:
- Track and report key metrics TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, cost per hire, etc.
- Presentweekly dashboardsand insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ yearsof experience managingend-to-end recruitmentfor sales or business roles (both full-time & part-time).
- Expertise in sourcing viaLinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and social media.
- Working knowledge ofATS tools, HR dashboards, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong multitasking ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding ofregional hiring nuances (especially in Southern markets)is a plus.
