Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic professionals for a Resource Management Group/Talent Acquisition profile.

Location: at our Thane West, Wagale Estate, Mumbai location. Please note, this is not an HR position.

Work Mode:

As a quick heads-up, we do not offer a work-from-home option for this role, and we kindly ask that candidates residing outside Mumbai refrain from applying.

Qualifications

We are looking for graduates with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. If you have hands-on experience in these areas, especially sourcing and onboarding IT trainers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

When handling talent acquisition for IT trainers, your responsibilities would involve identifying, recruiting, and onboarding skilled IT trainers who can deliver high-quality training programs. Here's a breakdown of key responsibilities:

1. *Job Analysis and Definition*:

*Develop Job Descriptions**: Create detailed job descriptions for IT trainer freelancer roles, outlining required skills, qualifications, and experience.

*Determine Training Needs**: Understand the specific technical and soft skills needed for the role based on the training programs offered.

2. **Sourcing and Recruiting**:

*Talent Sourcing*: Use various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to find potential IT Trainers candidates.

- *Recruitment Marketing*: Promote the organization as an employer of choice to attract top IT trainers.

3. *Screening and Evaluation*:

*Resume Screening**: Evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the Technical & Non- technical training requirements.

*Skill Assessment*: Use practical tests or assessments to evaluate candidates technical knowledge and training abilities.

4. **Selection and Hiring**:

-*Reference Checks**: ask IT trainer to share reference where he had delivered training as per relevant training needs.

*Offer Negotiation**: Extend IT training offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed.

- **Onboarding**: Facilitate a smooth coordination process, including orientation, introduction to company culture, and integration into the training team.

5. **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- **Work with Sales Departments**: Collaborate with Sales team to align training needs with organizational goals and ensure a clear understanding of the trainer's role and expectations of training delivery

6. **Market Research**:

- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated on trends in IT training and changes in the job market to effectively attract and recruit top talent.

- **Competitive Analysis**: Understand the compensation and benefits offered by competitors to ensure your offers are competitive.
