We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TA Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. The role demands strong stakeholder management, effective candidate engagement, and the ability to balance speed with quality in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and engagement.
- Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, etc.).
- Support recruitment initiatives and contribute to talent attraction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and relevant labor laws.
Candidate Profile
Educational & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3 - 7 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience hiring across a mix of functions and levels; exposure to niche hiring is a plus.
