Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Saraswati Vihar. The role involves managing the full-life recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining employer branding initiatives, collaborating with department heads to meet recruitment needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
- Experience in Employer Branding and strategic planning for talent acquisition
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines efficiently
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
